Term 2 : Leisure and Work

Last term we did a lot of work on leisure and work and then we looked at "what a balanced life?" might look like. It was an amazing opportunity to share with Tyreece what his life after school looks like. For example, Tyreece is learning to play guitar once a week with a tutor, and sings with his Dad in their family band. He owns a couple of horses and we went to his house (farm) to watch him ride his horse. But first he had to brush his horse (work) before riding it (leisure). It was amazing! We think that Tyreece has a balanced life because he works hard to look after his horse and then he gets to ride it, he plays guitar and sometimes plays a tune or two for us to enjoy.
