Te Manu Taunaha

This was composed by Mikaere Norris, teacher in Space 9 bilingual class. He composed it for the upcoming Rotorua Primary Schools' Cultural Festival for our School group that is performing in it next term. The song talks about the whakapapa of Kawaha, our school identity and incorporates our school values. It is about the bird claiming the lands as he flies over it....the words and update on the meaning of this will be updated at a later time by Matua Mikaere.
